How can I run a game in 32x?

I tried modding the graphics of Dark Souls II, but I've been told that I need to run the game in 32bit. How exactly do I do that? I have no clue how.

more information needed. information of what you're doing and what hardware are you doing it on? 32bit will run on 64bit. does the game run at all?......... what opsys?
