how can i run games smoothly in my pc

hello friends this is sai i have amd e-240 gpu processor and radeon hd 6310 graphics and 1.50 Ghz , but when i run games like

Your CPU and GPU aren't made for gaming, and that PC never will.

You need a new PC, and isn't that a laptop ?
