Question How can I run my Radeon RX 6700 at reference specs (disabling factory OC) ?

I was interested in getting an RX 6700, because of its intermediate reference TDP of 175W, which I found reasonable.
However, all board partners have ramped up the TDP to 220W, overclocking the cards, such that there's little difference to the RX 6700 XT (230W).
Is there a simple way to run these cards at AMD reference specs, so that they will draw less power and run "cool and quiet"?

You can use MSI Afterburner to set it to whatever levels you want.
