How can I separate audio between speakers and headset?

I'm planning on buying some cheap speakers for my PC was thinking of these:

But how can I get my PC to play music through them and then different audio through my wireless headset (Corsair 2100)

You can't. Windows doesn't support 2 simultaneous audio outputs.

The exception to this is chat, you can have chat go to your headphones and all other audio to the speakers, you do this by setting the headphones to "default communications device" in audio properties.
