How can i set my wifi password

ive just bought a second hand laptop.how do i set up a wifi password?

you need to go into the routers setting and set the password there. alot of them use usb to connect to the machine for settings. otherwise you type in the routers ip address into your browser. your router documentation will have instructions

you also need to have a internet connection from an isp and a wireless router. laptops don't just magically create internet for you to connect to.
