[SOLVED] How can I set up my GPU to run over thunderbolt?

I am trying to set up my computer in a different room than my office. I want to run a single thunderbolt cable through the wall, and into a thunderbolt dock. But, my GPU does not have a thunderbolt output, if I were to plug a thunderbolt dock straight into my motherboard, would I get video and equal performance? If not, what is the best way to accomplish that?

Solution
Many Intel boards don't have Thunderbolt either. And the way the products are described tell me the cards were meant to be an add-on for certain motherboards made by the manufacturer.

Either way: you need a Thunderbolt header to use those cards.
thunderbolt used to be intel and apple...low end mobos doesnt have it, its premium feature
since intel went with tb open source, it got into amd platforms this way (its still premium feature so dont expect it on low/mid end chipsets)
but from usb4 everybody will have it

Why relocate the GPU?
I am going to be moving the entire computer, not just the GPU. So my question is, if I run a single thunderbolt cable through my wall for all of the peripherals and monitors, how would I also get video onto the same cable? It may not be possible, just wondering.

Even if this is possible (and I'm not convinced it is), a cable to connect the GPU is bigger than 1 or 2 HDMI.
What if I installed something like this. It looks like it takes display port in from the GPU, and send that over the thunderbolt cable. Would this allow for everything to be on the same cable?

Even better, it looks like their new model supports 2 displays over thunderbolt 4.

I have no experience with that, but it seems like it would work.
And then you still need something to power the GPU.

with thats card you have to connect display port cable from your GPU to your thunderbolt card, than thunderbolt cable can carry display port signal to that dock
also that card needs TB header on mainboard otherwise it wont work

if you have thunderbolt from mainboard IO outputs , than display port should be there from IGPU, if you have CPU without GPU (like KF cpu) then you get no display port on TB

This card requires an ASUS board with its proprietary (?) Thunderbolt header. A cursory look on Amazon tells me most of the Thunderbolt expansion cards for sale are only compatible with certain motherboards.

EDIT: The header itself may not be proprietary, but it still requires a motherboard with a Thunderbolt header either way.
