Question How can i stop my pc from freezing

I recently got a new pc for gaming and school work about 2 weeks ago. I use it for school work during the week and if i have time, some light gaming and it works perfectly. During the weekend i play for long stretches of time with little breaks. So far it has frozen 4 times while playing games like csgo, destiny 2, and cod modern warfare. Is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening?

Asrock phantom gaming 4 mobo
Rx 580 armor 4 gb
Deep cool cooler
1tb hdd
240gb ssd
