I made sure non of the wires on the front panel are loose several times and I tried turning it on using bot sides of the switch on the back Upvote 0 Downvote

The button on the case shorts two pins on the motherboard that takes the PC out of standby. So.... next question.... Does your motherboard have a standby LED on it somewhere? What motherboard is it?
