[SOLVED] How can I tell which part number (version) my motherboard is?

I have an EVGA X299 motherboard and I am trying to update the BIOS. The problem is that there are 4 versions of this motherboard with difference part numbers, e.g. 121-SX-E296, 131-SX-E295, etc... I have tried using multiple methods to retrieve the correct part number, including going into the BIOS, but each time it just says EVGA X299 without specifying the part number. Is there a way I can look this up or otherwise determine which of the 4 BIOS updates I want?

usually there is a manufacturer label on the rear of the motherboard that will provide serial number, part number, etc.

Thanks. Is there a way to find this info out without going to the hardware, in case it is not convenient to access it at the moment?

if you have a copy of the invoice or a link to the product page from the retailer you purchased it from.

Run CPU-Z
The mainboard tab will identify the motherboard, what bios version and the chipset and southbridge versions.
Also the LPCIO

As crazy as it sounds (especially since we are literally talking about a computer MOTHERBOARD) this was in the end the only solution, and yes I even called Origin PC.
