Question How can I test what is wrong with my PC's connections? (HDD or Power Supply)

I have a 1TB HDD, which gets slow and has 100% usage even with short videos, but if I change the power supply connector to another connector, it works normally.

Based on your experience, what could it be? Because according to the crystal disk info, my disk is in good condition, and I don't know how to test the power supply.

many of the CX series are very low quality units not intended for much stress.
what color is the information sticker on the unit?

use occt to stress test psu also there could be a short in this cable .

this doesn't determine which version of the CX series it is.
just a rating regarding efficiency, etc.

the color(green, grey, orange, etc) of the actual information sticker on the power supply is what i am referring to.
