What fixes did you find?

You may want to download this on another PC: Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

I assume one fix is to boot into Safe Mode? The mouse/keyboard should work if you boot off the installer
If so, try this:
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

This may not work as its Start up options isn't always a choice

Did you use Driver updater? If so, it may have created a system...

Did you use Driver updater? If so, it may have created a system restore point you can use to return to how PC was before you ran updater

you can get to system restore via the same install USB
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose System restore
choose last date (hopefully day you ran driver updates) and PC will restart and take windows back to how it was that day.
