Question How can i update the bios on GA-Z270X-Gaming 5

So i tried to install a new Ram and and my computer beeped 5 long times so i assumed it was my bios and i want to update it but the thing is i can't find a download for an update

My specs: i5 7600k
gtx1050 ti
16gb ram g skill 2400 mhz (I want to install the corsair vengeance 3200 mhz)
