The board only has a RGB header, but the case comes with one A-RGB fan that I'd like to use. Short of just leaving the A-RGB cable disconnected, is there any way I can use the fan and have it lit?

Solution
You would need an ARGB hub/controller like the one Coolermaster make;
but that's a pointless investment for just one fan in a case.

Also, I don't know where you're seeing an RGB header on the board since the board you've linked doesn't have one;

Unless you linked the wrong motherboard.
