[SOLVED] How can I use rgb fans on a mobo without rgb headers?

I am building my very first pc, since I'm a bit of a cheapskate I decided to go with a case that dosent come from a major brand, such case has 2 nameless brand rgb fans included that have a standard 3 pin for power and a cable with a 3 pin argb connector, since my mobo dosent have any rgb header how can I connect them to it? If it's something that dosent cost much or is diy I would prefer it greatly

It's a HUB that your fans and or you RGB plugs into, then control them with the Corsair iCUE software.
