[SOLVED] How can my friend use 'Hardware Reserved' memory?

My friend has an A320M motherboard which only supports 2 memory slots and he recently installed 2x4GB sticks in. It says he has 8GB like we expected however it only shows 5GB. We went to Task Manager and saw that he had 3GB of memory in Hardware Reserved. We've tried tutorials but we haven't found a solution.

Any help would be wonderful!

P.S.

If it helps, he has one dedicated and one integrated GPU.

Integrated: AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics
Dedicated: Radeon RX 580 Series

EDIT: We disabled his integrated graphics and now it shows 6GB. How do we get the other 2GB?

I had that same problem recently.
Try playing with the ram sticks.
Take 1 stick out and boot, put it back in and take the other one out, swap places, then finally put them back.
Not sure why, but it fixed the problem for my friend.

Try This method.. Go to msconfig.. then Boot.. then Advanced Options.. then uncheck the Maximum Memory. then Restart your Computer.
