There are products out there such as RAMdisk which will allow you to utilize the extra memory and there are some pieces of software which will unlock it.
To be perfectly honest.....just get yourself the 64bit version and it will be easier, less stressful and actually will run better than any bodge job out there.
Actually this is wrong ...... Depending on the Proccessor ,Physical Address Extentison(PAE) Can be accessed giving windows the ability to access more than 4. Again its only if your proccessor Supports it. So do your research. How ever this doesnt mean you can install 64bit versions on a 32bit version of windows. That is not somthing you can do.

Sorry but you are wrong.... 4 gb is an absolute limit in 32 bit software...NO programs can release more memory, they might say they do but they cannot....
