How can we fragment harddisk

i purchased HPpavilion dv51102TU i dont have any driver cd,s 4 that every time its getting stucked i dont know why will this problem be solved if we fragment the harddisk my ram capacity is 3.00gb my hard disk is 256gb of 289

You don't fragment a drive, you defragment it. Your's doesn't require it, it's only when drives start getting too full that the problem arises.
So whatever your problem, that's not it. It's hard to diagnose with so little information.
" its getting stucked " is not much of a description, maybe you can be more forthcoming with details.
