So like, we have a small office where about 5 people work. One of our employees wanted us to make the other employees systems screen viewable from his desk. He also has a system in his desk but he says that he want to view the other persons screen so it is easier for him to collect all record to see what the other person is doing. He wants to see the screen of the other persons desktop from his monitor so it is easier. How can we make this happen?? Do we have use a data cable or smthing??

The company I work for uses something called ScreenConnect by ConnectWise.
It's a great website that allows you to add numerous workstations to a list. As long as they have internet connection to the network, you can monitor, gather info, remote control and organize them. It is pretty useful, especially for troubleshooting and collaborating to satellite offices. I do not know if they have a recording feature, though.

Is this person a boss or manager?

Is this done with the notification and acknowledgement of everyone?
