How cold is too cold (cpu, graphics card, ram)

Solution
Well, liquid nitrogen is used for overclocking competitions and that gets to about -210C. I also read somewhere that liquid helium is occasionally used but that gets to about -230 to -240 Celsius. Silicon based conductors freeze out and no longer conduct at -233C. Keep in mind this isn't meant to be used as long term cooling.

Solution
I own a sapphire hd 7850 2gb gddr5 and the problem is that whenever I cold boot (after 20-30 Min or more after shutdown) the card is not recognised. I have to take out the card heat it up with a blower or direct sunlight and then only it works. The issue is becoming worse in winters. i have to run furmark after 15-20 min and rev my fans down to that the idle temp of the card stays above 25 degree C else it won't be recognised on power failure or restart. My specs: MSI 970 Gaming MB, Fx 6300 (OC to 4.2 on stock Vol), Corsair 16 Gb Ram, OCZ SSD 240 gb. Ambient Temp is around 15-20 and I occasionally run room heater.
