Why did you pick a z series motherboard if you have a locked CPU? I'd say you can easily cut price by going for cheaper keyboard and audio hardware you chosen
Ditch the cooler, since you didn't get an unlocked CPU for overclocking. You can also get a smaller (e.g. 550W) PSU, likely also better than the Corsair, such as a Seasonic-built XFX.
You might shave more by looking for a H97 motherboard.
But, unless you have one already, you may wish to add a 1TB hard drive.

Won't really change the price, but a single 256GB drive is a bit slim if that is the 'only' drive.
Get a 128GB SSD, and a 1TB HDD.
As above, the mismatch between CPU and motherboard might find some money saving.
I dont use a lot of storage but do you still think its essential? I litteraly save nothing apart from a few programs here and there
