So basically my HP computer didn't come with a recovery disc because there is a recovery partition on the hard drive, as seen here:

Now I want to completely wipe my hard drive, and as you guys know, doing so also wipes the OS. Which means I will need to reinstall it through a recovery disc/partition. But the problem is that, at least as far as I know, there is no way to get DBAN to target only the C: partition. Which means it will destroy the recovery partition.
Am I wrong? Is there a way around this? Any help would be appreciated, I'm willing to try anything.
Also how many passes would you guys recommend?
