lmao no need to do that my cmos battery is deadWould unplug from the power (wallsocket), then take the motherboard battery out, after that push the case button for 30 seconds. Leave it like that for about 15 minutes and place motherboard battery back, then connect to the power and see if you can boot.

I would suspect you are on a HDD and when you stood up the system got a hard knock and messed up the drive. Complete guess based on zero information.
