How do cinebench frame rates relate to Fortnite frames.

I am looking for a new laptop, and was wondering what kind of cinebench frames equate to 60 FPS at the high preset.

It's completely unrelated. Find out what hardware is in the laptop and look for benchmarks on that type of hardware. Specifically the CPU and GPU.

When it comes to laptops. If you want gaming you really want as a minimum a GTX 1050 (preferably 1060) and a Core i7 7700HQ or Core i7 8000 series.
