Question How do i add a second M.2 with PCIe x4 card to B450 Tomahawk Max

I added a second M.2 with PCIe x4 card to B450 Tomahawk Max but it doesn't show up in disk management or bios and the card is lighting up. How can i fix it? I currently have an m.2 ssd installed in the motherboard slot and a 5700 xt graphics card on the first slot.

Can you provide link to your PCIe x4 M.2 adapter card?
What slot did you install it in? Guessing - second PCIE x16 slot. Right?
Note - second PCIE x16 slot runs in PCIE 2.0 x4 mode.

Disk Management,​

Device Manager - disk drives and storage controllers sections expanded,​

Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel\Storage Spaces).​

If new drive appears in Storage spaces, then remove it from pool and delete pool.
