How do I add the ability to use wifi in my alienware aurora R3?

I don't know if I am able to do it, and what piece/location to buy and put it in.

It sits in a pcie slot on your motherboard and the antenna hang out the back of your PC.

You can always buy USB WiFi adapter and use it. You can also get PCI or PCI-Express WiFi card and plug it inside your PC, but this is not so easy for novices.
