How do I change my screen colour back to normal

I have Windows Vista and while moving the monitor I accidentally pressed the buttons on the bottom of the screen (like screen brightness) and my screen is now blue. How do I change it to a normal colour????

It actually sounds like the cable may have come loose. Make sure the monitor cable is tight at both ends, on the monitor and your computer.
