Currently I have a 128gb SSD and 1 TB HDD, but my SSD is almost full and I want my apps to download to my HDD instead of the C://Programs Files. When trying to install some applications, like Razer Synapse or AutoDesk Inventor 2017 Professional, it doesn't let me choose where it installs. I haven't been able to find a solution. Please help.

For applications, almost ALL current applications give you the option of where to install.
Don't just accept the default, choose Custom or Advanced.

But some few things don't. And you do not want to force them to be elsewhere.

For other space saving methods, see this:

And in the grand scheme of things, most applications are pretty small. For instance, my Razer install for the keyboard is showing as 319MB.

If 319MB makes a difference in your free space on that SSD, there are other issues you need to address.
