Question How do I check RAM frequency

I am trying to know, at what speed is my ram working, but it's impossible! Task manager, says that its on 1400MHZ, CPU-Z says that it's working on 2132MHZ and if i check it with CDM it says its at 2800mhz.

I am just confused

I just bought
Ryzen 5 2600x,
MSI b450
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15

I bought 3000mhz i want at least 2800mhz.

Yes i did turn on but, its not 3000mhz, i am just dissapointed, i had 1300mhz ddr3 for years, even 2800mhz is great, but i just cant find a way to really know at what speed is my ram working.

SW, including windows may be reading it wrong, what does boot screen shows ? If you turn logo display, you should be able to see CPU and RAM frequency and also all disks. I would also make sure I had latest BIOS version.

In bios it says 2800, it is pretty new bios, 2019 year.

some boards show animated boot logo instead of useful information. pretty, pretty.
try updating bios, year does not matter, they might have released a fix for your problem a week ago.
then enter the xmp profiles and try to pick 2966 (which is amd version of 3000)
