How do i clear driver message in registry

I bought a keychain photo viewer and am trying to download pictures from my computer to it...It was able to download the photoviewer.exe to the computer but now I get a message that says " the PXHELP20 driver will affect normal use of the photoviewer-clear the driver message in registry"...I am not computer illiterate but I don't know how to do this...can anyone PLEASE help me??? I would really appreciate it

You can use a System Utilities program that includes a registry fixing tool... this automatically clean the corrupt registry entries.... to download one visit the link below:
