So I didn't have a SATA to USB cable just lying around anywhere. I figured it would be fine to just install it first, and THEN migrate from the HDD to the SSD. I've tried Samsung's Data Migration software, Seagate DiscWizard (which doesn't recognize the Samsung SSD), and EaseUS Partition Master's Disk Cloning Wizard (which says the SSD is too smay; SSD = 250 GB and HDD is only using 130GB of space), and EaseUS Todo Backup doesn't recognize the SSD at all.
Do I have to get the SATA to USB connection? Is it near impossible to do it with the SSD connected to the motherboard?
