i tried to find that model to see what ports it has, but couldn't found it on english or spanish so no idea what ports it has
if you can see both the tv and the speaker in the back, see if they have spdif
if they have, use a optical spdif cable, to move sound out of the tv to the speaker
to connect the smartphone via bluetooth, no idea if the samsung speaker has bluetooth capabilities
if it doesn't have, there is a bluetooth receiver sold by logitech
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/bluetooth-audio-adapter
it converts bluetooth signals send by your smartphone to a 3.5mm jack or rca stereo connectors, there you depend on the input of the speaker itself, if it doesn't have a rca or stereo 3.5mm, well, no idea what other way could be used, perhaps a rca to spdif converter
i am mentioning lots of converters here because i can't find a specs pag of that samsung model
usually all those devices have a 3.5mm and a spdif input, not always a hdmi audio input
if you manage to find and set both conections, audio from the tv and from the smartphone, it will need yo to set the right input, it will not worht with both inputs and once, so you need to use the remote control of the speaker to select the audio input, the audio source each time you want to hear or the tv or the smartphone
