The monitor has an adapter (DVI to HDMI) which I connected to the HDMI input on my laptop, yet the computer doesn't recognize it. And when I got to Control Panel > Devices > USB 3.0 to DVI Adapter, it tells me that "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
Any tips for this?
