How do i connect speaker wires to the rca outputs on my av reciever

How do I connect 16 speakers with speaker wire to the rca audio output on my av reciever.

First of all, why would you do this? The RCA output is not going to be driving your speakers. Also 16 speakers? What?

If you need to do this, for some bizarre reason, you need to attach some RCA ends to your speaker wire. But, no offense, it really sounds like you don't know what you are doing over there. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and maybe we can let you know a better solution.
