I'm not 100% sure i'm on the right board, and if I am not I full-heartily apologize.
Any way, I need to know how to convert my 16gig SD card to RAM memory on Ubuntu. I got a new travel netbook for my work, and its weak as can be, needs RAM.

If possible, please keep it simple or provide ample instruction. When it comes to linux, i'm as literate as a pre-school student.

Solution
You can't 'convert it to RAM', but you should be able to partition it as Swap space when you install the OS, or mount it as Swap.
