I already manage my inventory with google sheets but i used to do it manually.
Is there an option to pair a barcode scanner that will work with the sheet i already have?

What barcode scanner(s) do you have? Check the manufacturer's websites. They may have information and even software that will meet your requirements.

Most (all?) barcode scanners work like a keyboard - they enter the barcode in the same way you'd type on the keyboard. So, how you expect this to help you in your inventory process?
