How do I decrypt files

Some program hacked the computer and encrypted our files and is now trying to charge $500.00 to decrypt them. Is there a way to decrypt my files without paying?

Can you please post a screenshot? There's a couple of different pieces of malware that do this, and only some are broken.

actually, your files has gone....even you pay for this...not 100% your files come back..trust me. Next time, just use antivirus program...and dont ever click on links you dont know.

Sounds like ransomware

Download Kaspersky rescue CD ISO

Then burn it to cd . Then boot from it
