How do i delete names from skype with windows 7

I have tried everything and cannot find folder with user names, ect...

Delete names in Skype. They're on the Skype server - not your local computer.
It's one that way so if you used another computer to log in to Skype you could have access to your (soon to be ex-) friends.

If you're looking for the Skype History files check check:
C:\Users\<your windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Skype

AppData might be a hidden folder on your system.
