Question How do i delete onedrive folder if i uninstalled it first

i have this issue that doesn't let me change the location of my documents and pictures folder and i uninstalled onedrive before knowing that and now i can't find it anymore nor install it back, any solution?

Actually, I had OneDrive uninstalled a long while back. Thought if looking into my Users folder for my account to see if the OneDrive folder is there. Surely enough it was and I managed to right click folder>delete the folder.

You could try and perform a system restore to a point prior to when you deleted or moved the folders.
