Question How do I disable a laptop display so it does not come on at all?

99.9 percent of the time I connect via Anydesk. I dont want anything on the screen until the next time it is essential and then I will enable it via Anydesk or through the BIOS.
I would prefer that this would be done in Windows. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

What about setting the display to turn off when the lid is closed, and only opening it when you want the screen on? Or do you need to be able to remotely turn on the screen?

I dont know why I didn't think of that. Yes, that is the obvious solution, thanks..
