By the way they changed "Windows defender" into "Windows defender antivirus" and its crappy now.

only way to disable it is replace it with another AV, as it will start itself up again otherwise.

"safe programs" may not be so safe. You still haven't informed us of what 'installation' you are talking about.

Its a game called "Roblox" windows detected it as a virus for some reason and this is not the first time it happened to me. it also happened a year ago with another antivirus but i forgot what antivirus i had back then maybe it was Avast.

Then maybe the source where you are getting this is not so 'safe'.
Windows Defender is not the problem.
