how do I disable resizing with fingers win8

I want to stop the touchpad from resizing while viewing a photo (so I can trace it on to graph paper). How do I do this? Every time I get the photo sized the way I want it, it resizes when I touch the touchscreen.

For a touch screen, this is very difficult, try ending the exe that i in charge of the touch screen in task manger, that is the best I can offer.

It would be easier to know what make pc you have.
