How do i download Internet Explorer after deleting it on m..

I recently removed/deleted Internet Explorer on my computer because it was
really messed up. I figured i would remove IE because it always gets pop ups
and viruses compared to netscape or yahoo sbc browsers. Now i want to get it
back and have it work properly. I suppsosedly downloaded it but it is not
installed or working properly at all. The icon for it is weird looking also.
Please give me any suggestions of help on this problem. Thank-you.

Control Panel > Add or Remove Prograsm >Add/Remove Windows Components and
re-select Internet Explorer
