How do I enable FreeSync on my Ryzen 5 2400g?

I have searched it up and people just right clicked the desktop and "AMD Radeon Settings" shows up. However, it does not for me. Can anyone help?

No. Sorry I am a bit new to PC building, how would I go about doing that?

yes but what does it mean to extract files and what not.

I'm not sure what you are saying?
I never said anything about extracting files.
If it's the installer saying that, it's because the installation files are compressed into file packs to save on the size of the downloaded installer.
It then extracts these compressed files to a folder, then runs the actual installer from that folder everything got uncompressed into.
