how do i find my windows 8 product key on a Dell laptop

i want to activate my windows 8 but i do not know the product key of my Dell laptop how do i find it

It will either be on a sticker on the back of the computer or it will be on a sticker on piece of paper either inside the paperwork that came with the install disk or it could even be on the back of the sleeve for the disk. You want the product key for the windows 8 install disk to activate it.

If the computer is from the last two years, the product activation information is inside the BIOS itself and should activate the moment you connect to the internet. If it doesn't , give dell a call and they will have to give you support on it.
