how do i find outWhat heatsink are you using?

and what oem i have,im wanting to know if its safe to oc my cpu and also gpu i did this using catylst but

i found the results worse slowing my pc down and making the graphics sketchy

i know amd is oc freindly what should i do?

dont oc with software do it in the bios i had the same issue with an 8320 and a 9370

if you did not buy a after market cooler for the cpu you still with oem and there are not made for ovverclock also you give specs of 2 system the gpu hd 3000 could not be overclock .
