Try this:
1) Press the start menu, and click Run Or click windows key + R
2) In the dialog box, type 'dxdiag'
3) The DirectX Diagnostic Tool should pop up
4) Click on the 'Display' tab
5) Where it says 'DirectX Features, enable everything

cmos battery if you use your pc like a long time for a year or 2 years up might be your cmos battery is low games use cpu usage thats why it restart and bro update your drivers check your bios make it the latest version and it happens to me to but if u have a p5k or an intel core 2 quad chipset or intel core 2 chipset or something use maxell model cr3032 that might work for u and psu is not the problem your core tempreture or your cmos battery do and if changing the cmos battery and the bios time and date try updating your drivers
