How do i fix my sound if it says no audio output device is installed

please can you help me fix my sound as it says no audio output device in installed i have tryed eveything

Have you tried going into device manager and scanning for new hardware (your computer does this automatically every reboot but worth a try)? or you could download the audio driver from your manufacturers website.

Do headphones work?
