[SOLVED] How do I fix this?

Hello guys, so I reset my PC before 2 days.

And when I try to run some apps it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
How do I fix it? I read some articles about how do I fix it, doesn't work.

I'm in windows 10

Some info about my PC (dunno if it will help)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: GTX 1050 TI
RAM: 8
64 Bit operating system
Windows 10 Home

How do I fix this error? I tried everything I could.

Well like I always do.

Go to settings, Update and Security, and then Reset this PC

I have done it a couple of times before when my PC became too slow and there weren't any problems...

Apparently, some of your applications did not like this.
Time to reinstall them.

Why the reset?

Tried to reinstall them hundred times, doesn't work..

I reset it cause it was going slow and I wanted to clean my C disk

A "reset" may not have been the thing.
Possibly a full wipe and reinstall. Which is not the same thing.

But, maybe this is a hardware issue.
