How do i get back Microsoft office after i refresh!!

I had to force shut down my computer when the system hanged. And when i restarted, i had to refresh my computer. I knew all my installed files would be gone, but even though i did it. But the problem now is when i open Microsoft office it says "you are trying to use office but don't have office".
I tried googling it, but couldn't resolve it...Please help.

you need to reinstall MS Office and give MS call to retrieve your key so it can be activated. or you can us LibreOffice or google's docs for free.

The most obvious legal way is to call Microsoft. They have a support number for just about every country and can be really helpful at getting your license back.

What version of Office did you have?
Do you know the license number?

If you had to reinstall the OS...that wiped out the existing license key.

Where did this Office install come from, and which version was it?

Well it was factory installed..So i don't have any backup!!

I am having office 2013 ..
I tried contacting Microsoft, they tried a little and asked me to contact dell. And there is no online interactive support from dell 🙁
Trying with the dell forums now!!

That is (potentially) where to download the Office install file.
However, you'll probably need the license key to do that.

You bought the system and Office license from Dell.
That is who you contact.
Possibly the license key for your Office install is in some of the paperwork that came with the system? Or in an email?
