There are several related posts. A very low budget gaming system.

Finding an intact A8-7600 system is probably the easiest at this point.

Already a dead end system, so wouldn't be losing much. Or pick up practically any late model budget laptop.

I am trying to put together a super cheap yet decent(for its price) build.

Decent for what specific purpose? And at what budget? It's not really much better than the system you were hoping to unload a few weeks ago for $50 (and in some ways, worse). You said you were hoping to sell it for a headset; so what are the specs of the PC you are using now? Because this isn't decent for the price unless you can build the whole PC for under $100.

I utilized an A8 for a while in a Chopin case. It worked GREAT for surfing and video viewing. It's iGPU is really weak by modern standard and to get the best out of it requires high speed RAM (like it's newer grandchildren on AM4) that would cost more than the rig is worth at this point.

On top of that aspect, even if you added a reasonable discrete GPU like a 960 or similar the issue becomes 100% CPU use even in games that aren't considered demanding.

I feel like you would be far better served attempting to locate a used system that is far more modern, or Intel core 2nd gen, plus.

I agree with this. By the time you find one, it will be too expensive to put together a whole system based upon it. You can go on to ebay and fine a full computer for 100-300 dollars that will be far better.
